No. 7 Duke will play its first official exhibition game in Cameron Indoor Stadium tonight, Nov. 2, against division II Fayetteville State.

The Blue Devils will once again be without freshmen stars Dereck Lively II and Dariq Whitehead. Jon Scheyer is expected to go forward with the same starting lineup he put up against No. 3 Houston in their secret scrimmage this past Saturday: PG- Jeremy Roach, SG- Tyrese Proctor, SF- Mark Mitchell, PF- Kyle Filipowski, and C- Ryan Young. Expect to see consistent minutes from Jacob Grandison, Jaylen Blakes, and Jaden Schutt tonight as well.

Fayetteville State was the CIAA conference tournament champion last season and ended the year with a 21-9 record.

The Broncos only have one player on roster over the height of 6'7. This will likely lead to some interesting matchups in the post for Duke, but will also present a challenge for Filipowski and Young defensively as they will likely be expected to defend the perimeter.

Duke shot poorly from three versus Houston; just 2 of 17. The Blue Devils look to improve on their perimeter shooting tonight against what should be a much more forgiving defense.

The game will be streamed on ACC Network Extra tonight at 7 p.m. ET.
